Return Eligibility

 


 

1. Damaged Orders

 


If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. We will initiate a full refund or replacement after confirming the issue.

2. Dissatisfaction or Change of Mind

 


Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds based on personal preference or if you simply do not like the fragrance.

However, we are happy to help resolve any issue with your order. Please don’t hesitate to contact us.


 

3. Order Cancellations

 


Due to the nature of our operations, All orders are automatically processed and shipped immediately after being placed. For this reason, cancellations or updates are not possible once an order has been submitted.

 


 

 

How to Initiate a Return

 


To request a return due to damage or error on our part:

 

  1. Email us at customersupport@beija.net within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. If your return is approved, you will receive detailed return instructions.

  3. Approved returns must be shipped to:

Please note: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded.


Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item. If the product is unopened, unused, and undamaged, the refund process will begin. Refund times depend on your original payment method and will be communicated clearly during the process.


If the returned item arrives damaged, used, or incomplete, we will return it to you, and no refund will be issued.

 


 

 

Damages & Issues

 


Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days so we can evaluate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 


 

 

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

 


For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without needing to justify your decision.


To be eligible:

 

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

 

 


 

 

Refunds

 


Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Within Saudi Arabia: up to 14 business days

  • International Orders: up to 28 business days
