Beija Fine Perfumes’s Shipping & Delivery Policy


Delivery Estimates if ordered between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM (GMT+3) 

 

Shipping Within Saudi Arabia (KSA):

 

  • 1–2 Business Days — Khobar, Dammam

  • 3–4 Business Days — Riyadh, Jeddah, Abha, Makkah

  • 5–7 Business Days — All other cities in Saudi Arabia

 


Shipping to GCC Countries via Aramex:

 

  • 3–7 Business Days — Main cities in UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Oman

  • 7–14 Business Days — Non-main cities in GCC countries

 

 

 

 

Important Notes

 

 

  • These are estimated delivery times, and actual delivery may vary based on location, courier conditions, and peak periods.

  • We reserve up to 14 business days for shipping out orders to Saudi Arabia, and up to 28 business days for international orders, the delivery times mentioned above are only estimates.

  • Customs duties and VAT on international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We are not liable for any delays caused by customs clearance or other regulatory processes in the destination country

  • Orders may take longer if you enter incomplete shipping information, Please ensure the zip code and address information is correct.

 

 

While we are deeply committed to meeting the delivery timelines provided on our website, these timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed. Time is not of the essence in this agreement. All timelines begin from the date of Order Confirmation.


If, for any reason within our control, your order has not been sent out within 14 days of confirmation inside Saudi Arabia, and 28 days for International Orders, you will be entitled to a full refund.


We are not liable for delivery delays due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to your unavailability at the time of delivery, any requested postponements, or customs delays. 


Orders are sent out daily Sunday through Thursday, excluding public holidays. Shipping couriers working hours and holidays may differ. Additionally please ensure that access to your delivery address is available and that you address is not remote.
